past subsidence trouble getting insurance

Hello
I moved into my house about 6 yrs ago, 6yrs previously (12 years ago)
a tree had been removed from the side of the property because it had caused cracking to the brickwork.
The tree was removed, the bricks replaced and crack monitoring put in.
Since then there has been no further movement.
The sellers insurance policy stated that loss adjusters fees only were paid presumably because the cost of repair and removal was covered by the tree owners (estate amanagement company).
When I bought the house I had another survey done on the wall by structural engineers who confirmed it was no longer moving.
But, I didnt realise in situations like this you have to stay with the original insurer and I changed company. I didnt tick the subsidence box on the quote form because nowhere on any reports did it mention subsidence.
I am worried now that my insurance is invalid and that I wont be able to find a company that will insure the property.
Does anyone have any advice?
