HSBC reclaim question

Hi,
I was due to appear in court to reclaim my card charges but received a stay on my case 3 days before the court date.
I've heard that the banks won the case pretty much, but in my recent email from MSE it says a few have been successful.
Is this correct - do I still have a chance of reclaiming?
Thanks in advance

Credit card charges claims are not affected by the test case.LegalBeagles0
