Private v trade sale - price difference?

I'm looking to part ex my Seat Arosa for a Leon I've seen at a dealership. I know I could get £3000-£3500 for mine if I sold it privately, but it may be more convenient for me to do it this way. The dealership has offered me £2350 for my car, which sounds very low (roughly £1000 less than I could get for it if sold privately). Is there a rough guess at how much less you should accept from trade than you would private? I don't want to be ripped off, but I also don't want to go in there and sound like a fool with high expectations.

This price guide isn't the one the Trade uses but it should give you a reasonable idea of how much you are being ripped off.

Glass is basically the industry standard with parkers more used for older vehicles which have dropped out of Glass.
They have to consider the cost of fixing the minor issues with the vehicle which will be done at more or less the normal rate for the garage as whilst their mechanics are working on doing up your car they cant be working on a customers car that is bringing in profit and then the cost of warrenties/ valeting etc - and of cause they need to actually make a profit on the vehicle too.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
