pwc payback overpayments

  • if an overpayment has been made they will take it back if there is ongoing maintenance, all they have to leave u eith is £5. and if he is receiving tax credits theses should be taken into account as per the rules, contact them to see if they have taken theses in to account and if not ask them to.

    Not meaning to have a go, but surely if you've had an overpayment, then he HAS paid what he's supposed to, and over the odds. I appreciate that this doesn't help you, but bear in mind that if the NRP was in arrears because of the CSA incompetence (and believe me that DOES happen) they would have clawed that back with no consideration at all for whether they could afford it or not. Have you tried speaking with your ex, and get a private arrangement in place? At least then you wouldn't have to deal with the CSA ...
