  • We rented through Robinsons on Duke Street and got a really nice apartment for 1.5 years on Scholars Park. Good price and good landlord - although he did try to charge us for a few things when left (from the deposit - things like marks on the wall around the bath - with it being a new build it wasnt the best bath installation and rubbed against the wall leaving a bad mark/water damage, which we reported to him so kept our side of the bargain) but he was just trying it on and we got the whole amount back once we sent a letter saying we'd take it further if necessary. Up until the date we moved out we had no problems and he was a great landlord.
