2 questions - blackberry

Hi all,

My sister has just been given a blackberry for work. I want to send her pictures of my kids from my pc for her to keep on her bb - is there a way to do this?

She also has her settings on phone only, as she gets a lot of work email and doesn't want it bleeping every time one lands in her inbox. Is there a way that it will keep quiet all the time, except for calls or if she specifies it to beep when relatives / friends text her?

You can attach a picture to an email and send it to her blackberry. Then she can save it and open it etc.

As for the ringtone Im not sure. Possibly by setting groups of friends and work etc?
