Big up to pet-supermarket

I ordered a hamster cage from them on Friday, I had an email informing me that it had been despatched yesterday and it arrived first thing this morning. Unfortunately one of the parts was broken.
The lady I spoke to about it (Donna) could not have been more apologetic or helpful. They were out of stock of the cage I'd ordered, and as we had a hamster with nowhere to live, we arranged that I'd do some "running repairs" to the section just so we could use it, and she got onto the manufacturer and has arranged for a part to be delivered direct to me from them.
She was really lovely.
So a huge shout-out for www.pet-supermarket.co.uk - and they're on quidco too
