HSBC are ruining my life

Hi all, I need some advice regarding HSBC.
As you can see from my signature, I'm in debt, which due to a new job I am now trying to wade myself though... however this month I'm going to be paid considerably less than I usually am, so I'm really going to struggle.
At the beginning of January, I called HSBC and managed to get them to agree to a repayment plan which I could manage at a push... (this is after they refused to deal with me unless I could pay them at least £100 a month) I never received a letter confirming any of this, and rang them to query it as I was worried they were going to sting me for more charges.
I was basically told that it was their mistake, but I'm partially to blame because I've taken a month to notify them that I've not received a letter etc.
Now I've received notification from HSBC that they are charging me £125 this month.... for absolutely nothing! Not once in this period have I been over my overdraft limit.... and it seems to me like they're doing it to punish me for not telling them that my payment for January hadn't gone from my account.
Firstly, I don't understand why they wouldn't accept less than £100 a month repayment on my overdraft...
I mean I know that all overdrafts are repayable on demand, but I have a good history with them, I've always paid my loan and credit card on time, previous to this I've never gone over my overdraft allowance (and in fact had they not kept charging me for going over by about 1p each month - this is after they'd taken their interest I would have never gone over my allowance). But still, me offering to start a plan to reduce my overdraft was better than nothing right? Yorkshire bank were will to accept a £50 repayment per month on my mums overdraft which was over £3500!!!!!
Secondly, I can't work out why they will not listen to me when I'm trying to tell them that this month I'm being paid just over half my current wage, but from the month after I will be back to nearly 1.5 x's my current wage. I can even get my employers to send them a letter to confirm this if they want it.
Do any of you think that it might be worth it to go into my branch tomorrow and try to speak to someone face to face? Or am I just going to have to live on free cereal at work, and leftovers from my next door neighbour for the forseeable future?
Thanks in advance to anyone that reads, and anyone that replies!

£125 charge is for being in your unauthorised overdraft 5 times (the maximum amount of times you can be charged in any given month).
Assuming you have set up a repayment plan you shouldn't be using the account as the overdraft has now gone (and the money you owe is being widdled down £100 a month). You should be using a different account for spending.0 -
Thank you for your reply, but I haven't been in my unauthorised overdraft in the period they are stating... I have been through my statement with a fine toothcomb (and a highlighter!)
Also, that's not how they are doing it, the overdraft is still there, and they're reducing it by £100 a month... I'm not using the account for spending, the only things going from that account are my HSBC Loan and Credit Card (as they will not let me move the Direct Debits to anywhere else?!?!)0 -

OK thats odd. Could the charges be from the month before?
If not, ask them for charges summary statement or words to that effect, so you know what you have been charged for.0
