When to Apply again

Hi tryed to get a halifax reward (standard not the ulitmate) in my own name, Called them and was refused due to being a joint holder on 2 of my hubbys rewards account.

To cut along story short he's useless with money, have completely removed from his account for about 2 wks now and have a standard visa electron card.

When should I be able to apply for a reward account in my name ? is there a certain amount of time I should leave it before applying ?

general rule is to leave 6 months between applications. to be sure, you would need to hold no joint credit products with your husband as it is the financial association with him that scuppers your application. this includes any joint loans, mortgages etc
