We booked a . cruise last July for 5th September 2010 we received a voucher for free parking when I tried to book it I am told it is not available as there was no offer in July I have told them they have sent the voucher so I want my parking. any suggestions welcome

Query it with the agent you booked via, they may have sent the voucher in error. Is it at Southampton?0

its P & O's agent that sent the voucher, the voucher states that it is for free parking for all P&O cruises throughout 2010.
