I have been with them since 1998.
The flexibility for me was and is the key. Everything else, customer service, rates etc is OK but not great. It is not for everyone but if you want / need the flexibility then I recommend it.0 -
Do you mean an RBS Offset or a 'One' account?
The latter isn't RBS though they do appear on RBS systems.0 -

I guess it all boils down to how you'd actually use it.
Personally I'd sugget most people would be find an offset mortgage easier to understand and therefore use correctly.0
