    Send them by bluetooth.
  • Use the USB cable and software that came with the phone?
  • You can't. Have this problem myself with my e63... Thought the e71 came with a cable though....?

Hi, I've installed the software (it does come with a cable) but when I open the gallery and choose send there is no option to send via usb, when I plug the cable in to the phoe it gives me 4 options , pc suite, mass storage, media transfer and connect pc to web, I've tried all 4 and no change so still don't know how to transfer the pic from phone to laptop, when I was installing there was also a blue tooth and infraed option, I know bluetooth is free but I'm worried about security, is infrared free? Gosh I wish wasnt so non technical:o Thanks for the replies:)

Forget the Nokia software. Just select mass storage then you should see the phone as a drive under my computer just as you would see a USB stick. then browse to to files. Might take a little digging around in the file system to find them.
  • You could also try copying your pics to the sd card (if they are not already on it) then plug that into a card reader for your laptop.
Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!
