what goes with terracotta

Im colourblind, and im not sure. Ive wallpapered the bedroom terracotta, but i have a blue carpet down. What colour of carpet goes? (must be shagpile) Also, im looking at bedroom furnature, (Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker) Does Pine look ok?

Sorry to ask the stupid questions, but i would realy appreaciate your help

The terracotta and blue should look ok together with if you bring it together with the curtains/bed linen. Why not go for something with the terracotta & blue in it plus another colour - say cream/peach. My lounge has peachy walls, terracotta carpet & navy blue leather suite and I'm really pleased with it. My curtains have got the three colours and I've also got cushion covers in the same material so it all ties in together. Maybe some of those colour gurus wouldn't agree but I like it and that's the main thing.

cream looks nice with terracotta, plus pine furniture or limed oak would also look nice. ;D ;D ;D

without a doubt cream, pine units will look fab as well. My bedroom has terracotta carpet, cream walls, lamps, shades and bedspread, then got a real nice terracotta throw on the bottom of the bed with some big cream and terracotta cushion. I think its lovely and very restful.

I have terracotta on one wall in my living room and have cream on the other walls and it looks good together
I love terracotta have it in 3 rooms

we have one terracotta wall with three peachy-creamy and green carpets.
