I wish my insurance went down by £100 when I renewed! try https://www.confused.com, it will do the work for you, just like the advert says!0 -
It will do the work for you in that it checks a small percentage of the insurers available... and lulls you into thinking they check almost all of them so that they get their £50 for refering you to the insurers

Good idea, try clicking though the Quidco site to see if your cheapest quote will also give you cashback (eg. Direct Line are offering £40 cash back....it all helps!)"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -

still better than nothing, and quicker than going to each site individually0 -
another thing to beware of with confused.com is that the price they quote is usually without any extra's such as courtesy car, legal etc and often with a high excess.
make sure you are comparing like for like.

hi this is my first post
the thing with the online prices are that they attract you with a good price and rely on you being lazy when your on the phone so just take it, plus dont include legal cover or courtesy car etc
i work for an insurance company but i guess cant recomend my own one, there must be a rule??
anyway good luck0 -

Not if you've got some insider tips on getting a big discount lol :rotfl:"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."

I just used quidco to insure through MoreThan, the quote was over £120 cheaper than DL (my current insurer) and I'll get £29 cashback - not bad all in all! :j0
