Property Professionals: Can I reclaim training costs via Section 75?

    If you have no s75 claim, you can always request a not as described chargeback, you would have to wait for either PP to go into liquidation or the end of the term of the contract (18 mnths for example) and then claim on the fact that you were suppose to receive a set amount of training resulting in a qualification. Your T&C's have a breakdown as to what the course includes so make sure you keep a copy. then you should just have to write a letter stating what you actually received. This obviously means waiting longer but its an option if you can't claim on s75. :)
