Is this right? BT Bill

Could someone please tell me if this is right?

Phone line

Unlimited Anytime Plan More information £0.36

Because there was a price change we need to reflect this in the following bill information

*Refund Unlimited Anytime Plan -£20.24

This is a refund of the price of your calling plan (which includes line
rental) at £18.45 per month which you paid in advance up to 3 Feb 2010

*Unlimited Anytime Plan £20.60

This is the cost of your calling plan (which includes line rental) up to 3
Feb 2010 at £18.78 a month

Unlimited Anytime Plan More information

4 Feb - 3 May 10

This is the cost of your calling plan (which includes line rental) at
£18.78 a month, charged in advance from 4 Feb 2010 to 3 May 2010

Including UK landline and 0845 / 0870 numbers at any time*

Total line rental and other basic charges £56.70

£18.78 a month? Wow more than the amount of call cost! The online Bill is confusing me (nothing new there!) and need someone to point me to where the breakdown of the charges are??

Thanks,

Caist

    One Calling Feature (?)
    £ 2.25

    £18.78

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

Hmm.. Looking at my online bill.. Cant access to calling features to see how much it is. I know I have Caller Display but that's free with BT Home Privacy that I have (unless it's BT Privacy that's chargable.. Right?).

BT Privacy at Home is free. If you have Caller Display on its own I believe that is chargeable.
