Well for starters, it would be a very good idea to run a FULL scan

Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

Well ive gone through enough scans to know that the QUICK scan doesnt always find everything

Its not wrong, you can just 'sometimes' find more with a FULL scan

Ideally, if it finds anything at all it would be highly advisable to post on here anyways

Simply following a 'sticky' could prove futile in some cases

The full scan came up clean.
When I try to run Combofix it tells me 'Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation'
Edit: just tried it on my PC and apparently it's not compatible with Win7.

Reboot and keep pressing F8 to get into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
Download a fresh copy of combofix from there
RENAME it to something random (jef89wht.exe) and try again

In safe mode it came up with the same message as mine - that's it's only compatible with Win XP or 2000.

We have 64bit Win7 if that helps at all.
