Could you try using an alternative browser - in fact a much better browser such as Firefox.

Thanks busenbusy, I've done this. Do I need to uninstall anything?
My PC is really slow and keeps crashing - a pain to say the least!

What's the benefit of using this over the other browsers please?

Do you mean slow since you installed Firefox, which should not be the case. You don't need to uninstall IE, it will work happily alongside FF. What operating system do you use Summer, and how much Ram...

Lol, well for one thing I hope it will solve your current problem and I think it offers safer web browsing, especially when you install the NoScript and Adblock Plus add-ons.

    :A Thank you

I now have this message :-

It appears that you are not using a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Unfortunately If you are using an Opera, Mozilla or Netscape browser you'll not be able to install and use the Quick Upload Tool. In order to use the Quick Upload tool please use an Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
To find out what browser you are using go to the 'Help' menu at the top of the browser and select 'about (browser name)'.
To upload photos to your account you can use the 'Browse & Upload' page below.

Just to be on the safe side I would recommend doing a scan with Malwarebytes.............

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

Make sure you download the latest version, tab top right and when downloaded and you have opened Malwarebytes UPDATE FIRST and run a quick scan.

Post the Malwarebytes log file here when finished.

Summer, can you possibly post the specific direct link to the Tesco (photo order) page; let's see what happens this end perhaps ;)
