BUT....CCCS wont do this - they insist on attributing payments across crediotrs pro rata'd to monthly payments expected. My only choice would be to go it alone and do my own DMP

2 risks with this

1 - can I cope with 11 creditors? especially as CCCS have maanged them all via 1 payment I have made each month

2 - will the other creditors react negatively to a self managed dmp?

I was with CCCS but unfortunately after a year or so it wasn't actually helping me, it began to cost me more in interest so I cancelled the DMP and took it on myself. I have more than halved my debt since i started dealing with it.

Something else you can do as well is check the enforceabillity of the debts, it is your legal right to do so and before you all jump on me It is leagl not moral, and ultimately your decision to make

I'm also seriously thinking of taking on and dealing with my own debts. Although the companies are helpful in the initial stages, afterwards you just became a number to them.

Before you do if you can change your phone number first that way they can only deal with you by letter.
