    Thank you. The National Hunters have answered me twice on the thread but they are not prepared to give up the information as to who they are answerable to. Will check out your link. Many thanks. I just want fairness and justice.

    I've come accross situations where an applicant gives one income figure to one broker / lender and then a different figure to another, and hence have ended up on the register.

    if it helps stamp out fraud then that's great, hopefully it will pick up trends too which could help to get rid of the dodgy brokers still out there.

    it's a shame that situations like this arise and can be a nightmare for those concerned but on the other side of the coin the scheme as a whole contributes to the greater good. The words "collateral damage" spring to mind!
