Homecare 400 - is it worth it?

Been offered Homecare 400, costing £1.33 a week extra, is it worth it, with regards, roof cover, locksmiths, window replacements, pest control?

    Barny, that's not Homecare400, it's Home Emergency Plus Cover. It's over and above 400.
