problems with virgin media please help

Okay im at my wits end with Virgin media, (excuse me if this in wrong place i was not sure were to post)
I live in a flat and my nightbours in the same building are all virgin media customers, all 5 of them have the full service tv fone and broadband, i have lived here for 3 years now and have been a broadband customer with them myself for over 2 years,
My bt is finishing soon and i want to change however virgin media say i cannot receive a telephone line in my property, yet my nighbour above me been with them for 3 months in the same property.
just wandering what are my rights on this, whoo can i contact?

It's possible that they have run out of connections for new customers - the equipment that serves your building might be full. I'd call them back and ask why they say you can't receive service and explain that others in the building do.
I don't see that your rights come into it, they have no obligation to offer you service.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
