Getting back to business,looking4justice wrote: ».. and another thing , my interest rate has changed 12 times , not once have i been notified or payments changed to cover the extra costs ,..
Regarding the interest rate, you still haven't told us if the agreement you signed was on a fixed rate or variable rate of interest. In your first post your wrote:
"Also I have come to a conclussion that they use another trick to get the account into arrears (they love this way of operating as interest is charged on total balance £30k +,..) As soon as you have paid the 1st payment interest rate will increase ,,,my first payment £260 @ 8% before the 2nd payment is due the interest rate is 8.4 , so inreality your monthly payment of £260 will not cover this , and these tiny little amounts are enough to put you in arrears and justify the month interest charges of £220+ my interest would finally reach 12.9 % which would be around £345 per month to pay , so if my monthly payment stays the same then were does the extra £85 per month go? well its added to balance every month !! then we have the interest charge end of each month £230"
Where are you getting these figures from? If it based on the fact that you paid more interest in March than February, then you must realise that as the interest is calculated daily of course it's going to be more in March because there are 31 days in March whereas there are only 28 in February.
You also stated that you had stopped paying the debt. The lender would have increased your interest at this point if you had previously been on a lower rate than their standard variable rate. Also they will have added charges for your non payment plus the interest (as usual) but because you were not making any payments so not paying that interest, you will be being charged interest on the outstanding loan plus the unpaid interest. This will obviously increas the amount of interest each month because the debt is increasing each month you didn't make a payment.
In point 3 of your first post you say:
"I had a suspended repossession order , I offered to pay double payments to catch up on arrears ,.. the missed payments....."
There must have been correspondence regarding the repossession order and if the reason you stopped paying was because of the interest, surely there is paperwork explaining the interest rises within them?
Hope that helps

the figures are from using the interest rate applied ,.. 15 times my interest rate changed , and as the bank of England rate was dropping , this was increasing ,nearly double the base rate ,.. I never agreeded to pay double the base rate ,..

I stopped paying after contacting the lenders about the arrears not reducing even when I am paying double the amount each month ,..that was 18 month ago now ,.. I was on a suspended repo , (still are ) after 15 month no contact , then a big arrears bill after telling me it would be dealt with in house and payments frozen
Hope that helps
