What can I do about my charges I haven't paid

Hi

Right here goes again.

I wrote on here after some help last week, and was told to wait until there was some new news of the subject.

I have just read up on the new on reclaiming, and to be honest, I still don't know what I can do.

U see, I have charges with a number of banks, which are still unpaid.
I got the charges because there was not enough money in the account for direct debits.

I have found that I come under the financial hardship and also I'm stuck in a cycle of charges, which I cannot get out of.

So now I know that, were to go from here?

I have looked at the letter templates, but because I haven't payed the charges, I'm not asking for the money back. But for it to be cleared off my accounts.

Any help would be grateful.

Thanks

What's worse than having no money? Yes, owing money to someone else that you can't repay.

You may not have paid the charges yet, but you owe the money to the banks.
If you don't agree with the charges levied, use the guide to attempt to reclaim them ... even if that simply means putting you back into the position you would have been in if the charges were not originally levied.
