How to complain to Mercure

Hi,
I would like to write a complaint letter to Mercure hotels - however there only seems to be an address for its Accors head office in France. Does anybody know if Mercure/Accor has a head office in the UK in which I can send a complaint letter to?

As you say, Mercure is part of the Accor group.
Their UK bit has a Head Office at...
