BT - sneaky changes to charging.

Letter arrived from BT today reminding me about all the things I pay for.
At the end it announces some changes to the terms and conditions.
The main one being that the evening call period changes from 6pm - 6am to 7pm - 7am.

For years I bet loads of customers have picked up the phone at 6:01pm and called loved ones etc. I also bet loads of people will continue to do so thereby bumping up their bills without realising why.

Why not leave it as it is ?

Alternatively - why not leave ?

Personally I'm looking around - make sure you tell people about the change.

Bob.

p.s. also in the letter daytime calls up from 5.4p/min to 5.9p/min - a rise of over 9%
