thanks for the help everyone with thIS help as i said in older posts i recieved £200 from abbey i had payed over £ 3000 in charges ive just checked all my out goings after getting a letter back from the CAB and i have £10 a week to spare after paying all the companys i owe to at reduced payments do you think i could take this to the FOS

I would say that under financial hardship, currently, it would be unlikely but if your circumstances do get worse then yes you would be able to go back to them again.0 -
