problem with new laptop

hiya

i bought this 2 weeks ago http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-0828.aspx

i've just completed a malwarebytes scan and it found something (not sure what it was) but it said to reboot my computer which i did

now since rebooting it on start up the screen loads (not 100%) and there is a small blue circle spinning like its loading its been spinning for ages yet nothing happens

i've treid loads of times to shut it down by clciking on start - reboot or shut down but nothing happens i've also tried control alt delete but nothing happens

any ideas please

It's regarded as one of the best on the market by many on this forum, I would get a one year licence and then after one year if you still like it just purchase another one. By the way to renew your licence after one year all you need to do is purchase the product and insert the code to continue for one more year. There is no need for uninstalling/installing. I have used it for one year and now I'm about to renew it for another year.
