Can you put an existing orange pay monthly sim in this phone does anybody know?

I would certainly think so as it will be locked to orange.

I will be getting it de-branded & unlocked for my o2 sim.

When de-branded i've heard it runs alot better through the different menu options.

Given that the phones orange are offering me for free to upgrade are naff do you think this makes a good offer, £180 over 3 years?
My current tarrif is 400 minutes and unlimited texts for £22.50 (was £25 less 10% loyalty discount).

Im in the same positions although i get a better deal than you at the moment i think, i get 600 mins, unlimited text and unlimited internet, for £17.50, its the dolphin 35 plan but i get £5 off for it being online, £10 off loyalty and 10% off cause my wife works for the NHS, im due for an upgrade soon and will lose my £10 off a month loyalty unless i can get them to give it to me again.

Also as someone pointed out in their T&C with all 36 month contracts after 18 months they will give you a free handset of equal value to the one you have so you will only have the satio for 18 months then they have to replace it with one of similar value

Its a hard decision. They are offering it at £150 as an upgrade on a further 18 months and i will get loyalty discount increased to 15%, but havent got the £150 upfront. Alternatively there is £120 cashback via Quidco but i am not sure i will qualify as a new customer even if i take it out separately.

Why dont you see what they offer without a phone, sim only, then you can just put it in the satio?

Looks irrelevant now, no longer showing a free for £5 a month x 36 months.
