Scam letter alert!!!
poodledoodledoo
I received a letter this morning 'awarding' me £38,000,000 as a winner of Jones & MacLeary's grand prize. The slip at the bottom which I'm apparently supposed to return is asking me to complete a very simple puzzle and enclose a £9.95 'judging fee' (:rotfl:) and send to an address in central London.
I have never come across this particular scam before and have found no reference to it on the internet so be warned!!!!
I would LOVE to know who sold these people my details
PS The enclosed envelope is not even postage paid :rotfl:

I got one too
Just to say there's currently a 'scamnesty' going on where you can flag up scam mail, emails and phonecalls to Consumer Direct. Unfortunately my nearest Scamnesty bins are a bit out of the way but if anyone's near one perhaps they could post it in it? Especially if it's a new one. I might try emailing them a scan anyway0 -
Yeahhhhhh I don't feel left out now, I got one too......lol

Ooooh I didn't know about this. There is one right near me so I'll drop it in. Was going to laminate it and frame it to go with my growing collection but I guess I can spare it
