Strange request but I need to look into this, so that cooperate messages can be displayed on the top of all desktops.
I imagine, it would just pull a RSS feed from the Intranet site and work ?
Any recommendation, cheaper the better ?

Something like a sky news ticker at the top of the screen, that pulls its content from RSS0
