Beware of Lincoln Apts in NY and possibly woogo.com

Just spotted this from Daily Telegraph regarding Lincoln Center Apartments. One of the cheapish places I had been considering....... In summary, Woogo are renting out the apartments as holiday suits when they are in fact dingy and not safe. This is all related to a previous set up called yourstay.com that carried out similar operations in London (according to woogone.com)
