Hi everyone,
I spilt up with my husband quite a while ago and I am looking to divorce him. I've been reading some of the threads on here regarding divorce and I'm under the impression that the easiest and cheapest way to do this is to get the forms myself from court, fill them in and pay the court fee's. I was wondering if this was correct???
Also my ex is been really difficult at the minute (to put things nicely) and has told me that he won't divorce me. I was wondering where i stand with him refussing to sign divorce papers. If he does refuse to sign what can i do?
Any advice regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Lou
