Hi, had a E-picture frame bought me for Xmas, use either card, or downloaded pictures. Trouble is, the USB cable supplied, and others don,t fit. They have different ends. The ends have to be both male, not male/female as supplied one is, and all mine are. Can I use ethernet cable to download pictures to it?Agfa.Bit daft if one cannot just plug and play.Any help grateful

Hi, It,s got a card reder on it but no card came with it.also remote aint working, so cannot get into menu.there are buttons on back, plus on/off.the book is half inch thick, but only 2 pages on english instructions.no mention of momory size, how many picturesit holds, in fact, nowt of any importance really.I have several USB leads but they all seem male/female, as the one supplied. The frame is female, all on comp are female, so need male on both ends, unless it,s me missing something. As it,s a present it,s a problem taking it back.I will try contacting their help if there is one? Did you get male to male USB with yours?0

Hmm... the manual isn't particularly enlightening. Are you sure everything is there? The picture in the section listing the package contents (p27) indicates that the USB cable is comprised of two parts.0

I suggest you get another card, along with a card reader for your PC. That way you can copy pictures to and from both camera and frame without having to plug either of them in.
That said, USB cables are pretty much universal provided the ends match the sockets they're inserted into. Was such a cable provided with your camera, perhaps?0
