Official Gillette Fusion Blades Bargain Thread

Hey all.

I don't mind admitting to have been completely sucked into the Gillette cash cow that is overpriced expensive blades.

Having tried a few other manufacturer's blades and even the fake Gillette blades that are still prolific all over Ebay, I have still come to the conclusion that Gillette Fusion is f the best blades on the market, so the purpose of this thread is to try and dig out the best deals going around on Gillette Fusion blades.

First off, Boots are currently doing an offer where you buy a four pack and get a free razor for £7.99 http://www.boots.com/en/Gillette-Fusion-Blades-4-pack-Free-Razor_998639/ The Boots offer is available in store and on line, but there is a delivery charge on line, unless the spend a minimum amount.

Occassionally Boots do "3 for 2" offers on blades so worth keeping an eye out for.

Also, this place does 4 blades for £5.95 with free shipping if your order is over £30 http://alpharepublic.co.uk/Gillette-Fusion-Blades-4s-p44.html This could be a good way of doing a bulk purchase but I've never heard of them so cannot vouch for their customer service, deliveries etc.

If anyone else spots good deals, please feel free to add.

I know that lots of people have opinions on the prices of Gillette blades, but can I respectfully request that these are not added to this thread, it's in the best interests for all to keep this as a bargain thread.

Bought a packet of 4 in Wilkinsons last week for £4.57.
Ignore this I am an idiot they were Wilkinson Sword quattro titanium, still a good price though

Bought ds a Gillette Fusion razor with 2 blades in Tesco on Saturday for £3. Thought it seemed like a good price - just checked the website & its £7.49 online! Maybe just a store-specific price, but might be worth having a look in Tesco if you're there.

Just checked the blades price on the Tesco website & they've got 4 cartridges for £5.

lloydspharmacy.com have a gillette fusion razor and 2 blades for £3.74 They have also got some good offers in their clearance section as well as reduced shampoos and deodorants

Excellent idea, my DH spends a fortune on these, as they're the only blades that give a good shave without leaving him rashy. Anything that cuts costs. Thanks OP!

Great spot, £5 is a bargain, especially if you do your shopping online...unlike me :mad:

delivery from boots.com is free if you choose to have it delivered to your local store and pick it up from there....

i got 3 x 5 pack of gilette mach 3 razor blades, plus a moisturiser thing, from makro for £15 plus vat. considering a 5 pack is about £8, saved a packet!
