My partner and I have ben saving for about a year. I am employed full time and earn about £27.5K. My partner is a nursing student but also works part time where she is guaranteed a job at the end of her degre in 18 months. I clear about 1450 per month and she is, at the minute bringing about 900 per month. I have a credit card with about £1.5K outstanding and a £350 overdraft, she has a loan at £50 per month due to end at the end of the year. We have £10000 saved and are looking for somewhere in the £85K-£95K band. What are the chances as it stands of us getting a mortgage?

Clear your credit card and loan first. There's no point saving money while racking up huge interest payments on a credit card.poppy100

It seems possible.
However, you will fit into 90% mortgage rates, which are not the most competitive, although they have come down recently.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
