Capital one claiming refund

Hello all!
I wrote to capital one in regard to reclaiming my charges,giving them the 14 days to respond.
This ran out last thursday.....i know i am probaly being dumb...but what action do i take next?? i have tried ringing them...but repeatedly am told that they are unable to find anyone to discuss the matter with me.
Any advice greatfully recieved

Is this regarding reclaiming credit card charges?
If so, have a read of the MSE article on reclaiming them where all is explained
