Hi there have been reading this forum for a while now and just joined up. May seem like a stupid question-although have looked for an answer but can't find one-but how do you know if you have been charged PPI on your cards, are the charges marked clearly or are they hidden in your requested payments. Help appreciated as got a few cards with large balances and now that l have been made redundant due to firm ceasing trading, am now struggling to pay min payments, so any way of reduction would be appreciated.

Hi, charges for PPI are mostly a monthly charge made to your credit card and are written as PPI or similar. You would know if you were paying it as it is not charged within your usual monthly payment, but rather a seperate charge monthly each time your payment comes out.Hi there have been reading this forum for a while now and just joined up. As you are now struggling perhaps having the PPI in the first place would have helped you at the moment. Its not always a bad thing and mostly on credit cards it is cancellable at any time and there is no interest on the payments. If you had it it could have been beneficial to you at a time like this.
Hope you find employment soon.0
