Car Insurance for Foster Carers

I've heard that Foster Carers can get free class 1 business insurance but I can't find the right thing to click on for Type of Business on the comparison websites. I've put in Fostering/Adoption Agency as the type of business but I am classed as self-employed.
Please can any other foster carers advise me on which are the good companies and if there is anything else I need to do that's more accurate than the comparisons
