Just got my renewal quote from Aviva , and then another letter on same day thanking me for confirming my insurance with them. Phoned them to cancel, and the arrogant so and so on the other end wouldn't cancel it until he gave an address that I had to send my insurance documents to . How bad is that - they just couldn't care less - best quote I've had so far is with the co-op insurance.0

Whoever you choose , stay away from HASTINGS DIRECT!!!! hasty to take your money and complications when paying out. no matter how cheap they sound!0

Direct Line are pretty good if you insure all your other stuff ie house pet 2 cars etc0
