I live in a private estate and have a private car park next to my house, there are garages in the car park which people further down the road own.
Part of the car park in marked out on the deeds/plans to my house, what I would like to know is it ok to park a vehicle in the car park that is declared sorn?
The vehicle in question is a van which I use for storage due to having a small rear garden and shed.
Genuine advice needed, thank you.

If it is sorned and the land is indeed private, yes you can park your vehicle there.
However, check your title deeds, there may be a restriction on parking vans/commercial vehicles on the land.Dogs have owners...my cat has slaves...0 -
If the "car park" is part of the road it may be considered part of the public highway? If it is gated then there is no doubt it is private land.
