Could any one give info on Wikaniko

  • It seems you have all got really worked up about one phone number, and one enthusiastic distributor. Why criticize someone who is genuinely trying to help the planet, albeit through the stigma of MLM - which from the Wikaniko perspective, is an opportunity to create a fair income for anyone who is willing to put the effort in to yeah, sell products. Everything is tweaked to benefit the distributor.

This post doesn't seem to have answered the original question, and has simply descended into bickering. I know it's old, but for anyone who is trying to find out more information, check out the pdfs on the website, and also this other thread I found (hopefully this isn't against some term or condition): 4networking.biz/Forum/ViewTopic/45483 - it's kind of a diary experience, with growing encouragement from other wikaniko distributors, breakdown of prices/comparisons, also the structure of commission, downline/upline etc, feedback on the products etcetc.

My own interpretation of wikaniko (I'm not registered yet, but hope to in the next few weeks) is that from the grounds up they are trying to construct a method of providing everyone with a cheap means of supplying the population with ecofriendly products, in a way that everyone can benefit. I'm personally quite excited and haven't found a fault with it yet.

    Hope this helps.
  • One more thing to add; relevant to moneysavingexpert, I guess, is that at a base level you'd have access to wholesale prices on these products. You don't have to make a profit. You could simply sign up just to provide friends and families with super cheap, eco friendly products. And Wikaniko openly advocates this. Quite considerate I thought..

Seeing as this thread has been resssurected i thought i would let you know our experience of using the 0800 number, we tried it for 6 months although we had lots of calls to it when Business cards were handed out it doesn't seem to encourage people to leave their details so i have personally taken the decision to not use it after the end of the month . Its a tool that has been provided for us and its up to each Distributor to decide whether they take it up or not, my team can take out .
All the Distributors have just been consulted on a decision to change the website and shopping experience which will be happening very soon, how many other Companys do that?
I've been in Wikaniko 2 years now and have no regrets at all, there is no time for the grass to grow between your toes and I am busy helping my growing team to build successful Businesses and servicing our own customer base. It is a way of life and its great mixing with other like minded people, I am very happy being a member of the Wikaniko family, as is my husband ,my teenage daughter is also on the verge of joining us as well because she loves the products having used them for the last year, she refused to even try them initially preferring the products all her friends were buying but now wants to share and educate others.

Except they are not wholesale prices and they are not super cheap.

I can't believe people are still falling for this tosh!

I can't believe people are still falling for this tosh!

They are 24% cheaper than the brochure price by signing up as a co -op member or Distributor and if you compare the brochure price they are still good prices compared with similar quality eco-friendly products on the market. Members whether Distributors or co-op members get other benefits as well such as special offers, reward stamps which can cashed in at any time.
When you say "tosh" geordie joe is that referring to the Network Marketing concept or the eco-friendly, doing our bit for our health and the Planet bit or both ;)

The problem was the expensive 0843 number,s your guys were using not the freephone one. MSE himself warned about cost of calling certain non geographical numbers. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/0870-say-no

Not sure if people are reluctant to leave message on 0800 number that they would on an 0843 number. I found a few people listened to message
and then went off and did more research independently then joined that way..

i would still rather have a choice of tools provided for me to try and choose from than none at all.

  • Good grief what is that? Is it safe to clip a device onto a fuel line?
