Calculating PPI - help needed

I can see from my online statements that I was paying about £60 per month minimum payment - I've been told there was PPI on that and am in the process of reclaiming. I don't have my statements - I'd paid off my credit card with a loan.
Can anyone help me - out of that £60 per month how much is likely to have been PPI? I reckon that I was owing about £3000 at that time - does that sound right?
