Hi, can anyone help.
I'm currently pursuing a tribunal claim for unfair dismissal. I want to make sure I do everything correctly and by the book.
My question is: is it ok to supply copies of witness statements provided by the Respondent to my own witnesses ahead of a tribunal hearing.
I believe I can, but can't find obvious info. on the Web
