I can't use paypal as the money needs to be sent to a bank account, if anyone knows an easy cheap way of doing this please let me know, it is 70 Euros just for info?

Suggest you look at a company called Tranzfers. Last time I looked they charged £7 for an international money transfer from the UK to the EU. They're mentioned in Martin's guide to sending money overseas and have been going for sometime.
When comparing to the likes of Western Union / Moneygram make sure you take into account the fees the latter companies charge on top of the exchange rate.
Hope this helps.

If you can get the bank's address, just cash by recorded delivery mail is probably going to be cheapest for that sort of sum. Under a fiver for the postage plus say £3 for the 'loss' on the exchange rate at a BdeC.0
