Wii question - probably very basic!

This is probably a very basic question but it doesn't mention anything about it in the manual!

I have a new Wii and have been 'playing' EA active personal trainer on the 30 day fitness challenge and am half way through, I haven't played any other games yet. Each day the challenge 'remembers' what I've done and what I have to do in the future. Can I take the disc out and play another game (it has no SD card inserted) - is there some kind of internal memory that will remember what I have done on a certain game ie the EA active. I don't want to take the disc out if I'm going to lose all my hard work so far!

Yes you can take the disc out.

Yes - when you play any game, there is an amount of internal memory on the Wii that is used to write a 'save' file.

You can see these by going into the Wii setup menu, and looking at Data Management (if I recall)
