The reviews here seem really bad.

Is this still the case?

Has anyone had recent experience with them?

Thinking of switching from BG to EON. Would save about £100 a year!

    Cancel it altogether and you'll probably save a lot more though.

    Because these policies will cost you far more over time than the one off cost of a repair. That's assuming that your repair will not come under some exclusion clause that they put in the small print (eg sludge in the CH system), so you'd have to pay anyway.
    What does your policy cost per year?
    When did your boiler last break down?
    Do the maths.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
