PPI and Bank Charges HELP

I have found that I am eligible to at least try and claim back PPI and also bank charges under the hardship rules.
Can anyone offer me any advice as to companies that can assist me with this, I know there will be a charge and that I could do it myslef however I feel that a company is the best option. Te reason for this is that I am blind so require evrything in braille and this delays the process plus I then require them to provide any legal documents in Braille which they should provide by law but in reality this truely does not happen. I dont feel happy having a friend help me as this is my personal business.

I am not sure on this to be honest, because I was let down and requested for all my info back, where I am now giving it a go myself.

Wonder though if Tiggrae will be able to help you on this.

If Tiggrae have not posted here later, she does mainly post on the above PPI reclaiming thread as well, so it may be worth posting on that thread as well.
