installing programme from dvd

can anyone help me, i tried to install a programme from dvd, but it didn't install properly. i went on control panel and to see if it was there, it was but when i tried to uninstall it, it said it wasn't there . my question is how can i install it again as the install screen doesn't come up when i play the dvd.

it's for a ou course i'm doing, i looked in the dvd drive on explorer, and there was things there, but i didn't know what to do0

Can you browse the program .exe file from within Windows Explorer ....0

if one of them says setup then double click it and tell us what happens0

there isn't anything that says setup, one says autorun, but that brings up a box with computer talk in it0

You could try copying and pasting the program from the DVD to your hard drivedesktop and then try installing from the desktop??0

sorry my computer skills are limited, i wouldn't know how to do that.0

right click autorun, then open with notepad, then copy contents and post on here0
