How does paper proof of delivery look like?

Hi!
Sorry, but I could not find a better forum to ask that question.

Does anyone remember what data are on a paper proof of delivery on which postman collects signatures of addressees of recorded and signed for letters?
AFAIR there is only, apart from the number of letter, a place to put printed name and a signature. I do not remember a place to put there time of delivery. Could you please confirm?

Do postmen begin delivery from 8 am or earlier?

IIRC there is often a space for the time of delivery (I know it's there on the one for SD items, and thing it's there on the form they use for RD as well).

As for time, that depends on the sorting office these days I think, I know we often get parcels dropped off from about 7:30am if they are coming via the van as normal post (I'm about a mile from the main local sorting office), but I think some sorting offices don't start till later now.
